Internship
I can finally spill the beans about the big change that is going to take place in 2011. I have been selected to work under celebrity photographer Robert Evans who has photographed over 800 weddings along with Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise's wedding. His work is amazing and he has had the opportunity to photograph so many people around the world. He is the biggest photographer I have ever had the opportunity to work for. After he looked over my blog and photos he decided I could start in mid January. Even though he has photographed so many famous people, he is such a humble guy and one of the nicest photographers I have ever met. I feel so blessed that he is going to take the time to teach me all about the business. Oh... and another great perk about all of this is that I will only be twenty minutes away from Trent rather than an hour and a half! I'm really thankful for this opportunity and if anyone needs pictures next year feel free to still contact me because I'll love the excuse to come visit! Hope you all had a great Christmas... Don't forget that Jesus is the reason for the season! :)

Aldous Family
Can you believe it is almost Christmas and we are walking around in shorts and sandals? I'm so thankful for this beautiful, sunny, San Diego weather! I received a study break last weekend and got together with the Aldous family in North Park. Sarah picked the location and I was so excited because it was filled with old buildings and bright colors... My favorite! They were such a sweet family and the kids did such a great job in the hot sun. I hope you enjoy their session because it is one of my favorites! :)

Blair Phillips Workshop
I went to Boston last weekend as a finalist for the Pinhole Pro Exposure contest and it was AMAZING! Our speaker was Blair Phillips and I'm so thankful that I got to spend the day with him because he's such a talented and humble photographer. I would have never been able to fly out without your help so thank you again for taking the time to vote. I didn't take a lot, but here are a few images from my trip :)
